He founded and led Record360, a global leader in mobile digital forms technology serving Fortune 500 clients including Amazon, Tesla, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz, which was acquired by private equity firm Alpine Software Group in 2018. He also founded and led the Seattle Seawolves, a Major League Rugby franchise launched in 2018, which he sold to a Seattle investor group in 2021. Skinner brings nearly 30 years of CFO or controller experience across technology, services, retail, and manufacturing industries, plus 16 years with Enterprise Holdings in financial leadership roles. Services include fundraising guidance with over 5 million dollars raised personally in angel funding, building and maintaining forecast models, reporting and KPI tracking, strategic planning, bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, recruiting, risk management, vendor negotiations, cash flow management, and process improvements. Skinner holds an MBA from Pepperdine and a BS in Accountancy from York College of Pennsylvania, which honored him as a 2015 Distinguished Alumni. He was named one of Seattle's Top 10 Startup Founders Over 40 by Tech.co in 2016 and serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Washington.
