Ryter & Company, P.C. is a certified public accounting and business consulting firm located in downtown Boston, Massachusetts, founded by Robert A. Ryter, CPA in 1995. The firm was built on the premise of offering clients a blend of highly attentive personal service and superior technical expertise. The team brings more than 100 years of combined industry knowledge and expertise. Founder Robert A. Ryter holds an MST from Bentley College and a BBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He spent over 12 years as a principal with the largest consulting and accounting firm in New England before establishing his own practice. Derek M. Brown, CPA, MBA, MST joined initially as a college intern and returned after gaining experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he achieved Senior Associate level. Jacob E. Ryter, CPA spent several years with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the firm. The firm provides comprehensive accounting, taxation, IRS problem resolution, estates and trusts, business formation, financial planning, and real estate and business sales services.
