Upleger, the 42nd certified public accountant in Texas, and has evolved through various partnerships and mergers, including integration of KPMG's Waco division in 1989. The firm established specialized divisions including Resource Benefits Administration and Payroll Systems, and launched the JRBT Bank Consulting division serving 10 percent of Texas community banks.
