Chris Green CPA is a Fort Worth-based accounting firm founded and operated by Chris S. Green, CPA, a 1978 graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Chris has been a CPA since 1990 and began her career as an auditor at Ernst and Young, where she gained extensive experience in healthcare and banking audits. She later served as a Chief Financial Officer in industry, designing and implementing accounting systems for various businesses. Chris founded her practice to serve small businesses needing CFO-level expertise without hiring full-time staff. The firm specializes in accounting for healthcare practices and law firms, offering small business accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation and planning, payroll services, QuickBooks setup and training, IRS problem resolution, and new business advisory services. Current team includes Chris Green (founder), Sarah P. Morris (Senior Accountant, CPA), Barbra Palmer (Staff Accountant, CPA), and Erin Cooper (Staff Accountant). Emma Jane serves as the office therapy dog registered with Pet Partners International.
