As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Mark brings a practical approach to financial leadership, process improvement, and business performance. CFO Sense specializes in working with privately held family-owned businesses with $1M+ annual revenue ready to scale, companies with existing bookkeeping or accounting support but lacking executive financial leadership, and visionary owners seeking a financial partner and coach to support decision-making.
