Bold City CFO was a boutique fractional CFO practice serving businesses throughout Northeast Florida, founded by Scott Brown, an experienced CPA with time spent in Big 4 public accounting and various small to mid-sized businesses in the local market. The firm offered fractional CFO services, business tax services, bookkeeping services using QuickBooks Online, and IT and data analysis consulting. Bold City CFO supported business owners through financial planning, risk management, tax reduction strategies, and cash flow management. The firm understood the challenges facing small business owners and provided experienced financial acumen combined with technical skills in finance and strategic partnership. As of Fall 2025, Bold City CFO was acquired by Black CPA, a local Jacksonville firm, consolidating services and expanding client offerings through the combined organization.
