Alliere CPA, founded in 2018 by Bonnie Watson, CPA, CNAP (Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional), specializes in providing outsourced accounting, controller and CFO services, comprehensive tax planning and preparation, and strategic financial guidance to small- to mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. With over 20 years of accounting and tax experience, Bonnie established the firm to deliver more than accounting services but to make a meaningful difference for clients served. In 2025, Bonnie earned her CNAP designation, further strengthening expertise in serving mission-driven organizations. The firm operates on three core values: connecting clients with meaningful relationships and knowledgeable networks; collaborating to leverage industry experience and accounting knowledge; and conquering challenges with dedicated support. Alliere's team includes Sarah Fleming, CNAP, Senior Accountant, who joined as an intern in 2022 and brings a bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. Norbert College, and Susan Goelz, Administrative Services Manager, who joined in 2024 bringing extensive business operations and administrative management experience. Services include small business accounting and bookkeeping, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, financial statement preparation and compilations, succession planning, strategic business planning, new business formation, nonprofit accounting with grant tracking and reporting, tax planning and preparation, QuickBooks services, and construction accounting. Bonnie serves as Treasurer for Community Shares of Wisconsin and was recognized as a Backyard Hero in 2025.
